Active Care Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant for our Chislehurst Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. This full-time post (42 hours per week) offers a salary of £31,207.59 per year (FTE) pro rata, with shifts on a 7-day rota.
You will work alongside HCPC-registered therapists to deliver tailored rehabilitation plans for adults with neurological conditions. The role emphasises patient mobility, self-care and therapy-supported activities, under supervision, with training opportunities
