- Lead, manage and develop administrators
- Provide the highest standards of customer service
- To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- To ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales
- To work within the Radiology & Main reception department
The person
To succeed as a Radiology Admin Team Lead, you will need:- Ability to lead and inspire others
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Adaptive communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Confident in use of IT Systems
- High standards of professionalism
- Experience in a radiology setting (Desirable)
This role is part time of 34 hours per week. Hours are to be worked over 4 or 5 days. Please note that the department operational hours are 8am-8pm, Monday
- Friday so flexibility to work across these hours is a must.
