We are looking for a new customer‑focused Receptionist/Welcome Host to join our team at our Honda dealership in Cardiff.

• Meet, greet and register customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments.
• Answer the phone and transfer to Sales, Service and Parts, or record messages on the call log.
• Post and courier management.
• Order stationery and supplies for the staff within the dealership.
• Ensure the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager.

• You should be well presented.
• You should be approachable.
• You should be a team player and work well on a job share basis.
• You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages.

• Basic salary: £12.21 per hour
• Hours:
  
  45 hours per week (Mon‑Fri)
• 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
