• We specialise in onsite and hybrid Engineering and Construction recruitment across the UK, US and Germany.
• Our niche includes Fire Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Construction Management and Building Surveying.
• Because of the strength of our BD culture, you will join a warm desk with real opportunity to bill from the start.
• Our record for the first perm deal is 31 days. We set you up correctly and support you every step of the way.

• You will build and run a specialist perm desk within one of our high growth markets. This will be a warm desk with live roles.
• You will own a niche, develop strong relationships and deliver a high quality process for both clients and candidates. We are consultants not recruiters.
• You will have flexibility in your week, but we want to grow together in our Cardiff office. Collaboration is a big part of how we win.
