Recruitment Consultant Hybrid Perms

Are you an experienced permanent recruiter looking to move into a specialist, niche market where demand is high and vacancies are plentiful? This is an exciting opportunity to build a reputation-led desk, sourcing and headhunting high-calibre talent across a national client base, with a particular focus on the South West and London markets.

You will manage a full 360 recruitment role, taking ownership of the end-to-end process and building long-term, trusted relationships with clients. With autonomy to shape your desk (with support) to succeed.

The Role

* Deliver full 360 permanent recruitment solutions

* Proactively map markets and headhunt top-tier talent

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

* Manage the full candidate journey, from attraction through to placement

* Provide honest, professional communication at every stage

* Use Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, referrals and CV matching as part of your attraction strategy

* Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage hiring timelines

Working Pattern

* Office hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility when required

* Hybrid working:
Tuesday and Friday from home, with Teams support throughout the day

* Three days per week office-based

* Professional, honest and relationship-focused in your approach

* Confident communicator with excellent time management abilities

* Experienced in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to both clients and candidates
