You’ll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and beyond, gaining hands‑on experience that will shape your career.
You’ll also contribute to exciting global People projects, collaborate with colleagues around the world, and grow your skills in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience, including delivering engaging induction sessions for new employees.
- Plan and coordinate impactful regional training programs—source vendors, shape content to meet business needs, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and administer end‑to‑end hiring processes.
- Keep people data accurate and up to date across systems, maintain database integrity, and ensure payroll is informed of any changes.
- Drive employee wellbeing initiatives by organizing creative monthly wellbeing activities and designing an inspiring annual calendar of events.
- Take clear and accurate minutes during HR meetings, such as Union meetings, Sickness Reviews and Grievance hearings.
- Work within a supportive team environment that offers mentoring and guidance to help you grow and develop your career.
- Utilize excellent IT skills across PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Excel to support various HR processes and reporting.
You’ll have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the professionalism to handle sensitive information discreetly. Building strong, collaborative relationships will be central to your role, as well as delivering exceptional service to colleagues and stakeholders. While not essential, a CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable.
