As we continue to grow,we’relooking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment partnerships and shaping the future of graduate talent in Wales.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on role combiningbusiness development,recruitment delivery, client partnership, and strategic input.
You’llwork closely with employers, graduates, and the Darogan team to design and deliverworkthat genuinely makesan impact.
You’llhave real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape how Darogan’s offering develops as the organisation grows.
What You’llBe Doing
- Growing our portfolio of clients through business development activities
- Acting as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiringneedsand advising on attraction and selection strategies
- Screening, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting events, employer engagement activities, and careers initiatives
- Using CRM and recruitment systems to manage pipelines, data, and reporting
- Helping mentor and support junior team members as the team grows
You’lllikely have:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or consultancy (graduate or early-career recruitment experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The confidence to manage clients and campaigns independently
- An interest in skills, employability, and the future of work in Wales
- Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential
- Experience of designing CRM processes and automations would also be advantageous, but is not essential
The Details
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000(dependent on experience)
- 15% commission
- 25 holidays + bank holidays
- Hybrid working: remote withone day a week atour Cardiff office
