A fast-growing consumer brand in South Wales is seeking an Interim HR Generalist for 3–6 months. In this role, you will support the Group HR Director during a critical transformation period. Responsibilities include assisting with HR system rollouts, updating policies, and helping the HR team manage various process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adaptable to both strategic and transactional tasks.
This is an on-site position requiring four days a week commitment.
