Your Role

You’ll develop expertise in a niche European market and manage the full commercial recruitment cycle:

* Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and accounts

* Win new business through targeted outreach and commercial strategy

* Source, assess, and place candidates in specialist Engineering & Construction roles across Europe

* Take ownership of your market, identify opportunities and drive revenue

* Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor

* This role is commercially focused, competitive, and rewards individuals who want to own their success.
