Talent Manager
As our HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR plan, a high performing HR service that delivers the best business and people outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner to the business proactively working with teams to strengthen our people proposition and growth capability as a firm.
Key Requirements:- Providing expert HR advice, guidance and support to empower our managers to manage their people matters effectively to include:
- Performance management, using commercial acumen to support managers in identifying trends and decision making.
- Reward & recognition, timely identification of reward and recognition actions and ensuring a correlation between requests and engagement versus performance outcomes.
- Employee relations case management using expertise to support managers and colleagues ensuring that people are treated fairly and in line with our values in a high performing workplace.
- Ensuring organisational changes are fit for purpose, cost effective and support the overarching business plan.
- Working in partnership with the Recruitment Business Partner and L&D team to ensure robust succession planning and skills development.
- Ensuring all people programmes (including Early Careers) and resource plans are supporting development and growth across the Firm.
- Supporting initiatives and programmes in line with business strategies that enhance company culture including equality, diversity & inclusion, health & wellbeing, and social value.
- Supporting colleague engagement including reviewing feedback across all teams by utilising reports, analysis and forums. Offering ideas and solutions to strengthen the people proposition.
- Of graduate calibre, CIPD qualified / or strong experience as a HR Business Partner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Demonstrates commercial acumen coupled with a people first approach
- Excellent working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Self-starter with a hands‑on approach, impressive work ethic, energy and commitment to delivering results
- Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvement
- Leads by example (role model), maintains confidentiality and acts with discretion and diplomacy
