- Full‑Time Team Candidate Recruiter
- Location:
Cardiff Office - Salary: £25k–£30k (depending on experience)
- Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

- Supporting consultants in sourcing and recruiting education candidates for a range of roles.
- Conducting compliance checks, including background and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Managing candidate pipelines and assisting consultants with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards and are placed in suitable roles.
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the education or health and social care sectors.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and background checks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Ambition to progress and the ability to work well within a supportive team.
