Overview
Apex have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Manager. The role will be Cardiff based and is initially offered as; FTC / maternity cover.
Role Overview- 🔹 Leading and developing an established HR administration team
- 🔹 Overseeing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exit
- 🔹 Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and payroll integrity
- 🔹 Acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees
- 🔹 Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and workflows
- 🔹 Supporting broader HR initiatives and transformation projects
- ✔️ Previous experience managing a team within a HR Operation
- ✔️ Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment compliance
- ✔️ Confidence advising stakeholders at multiple levels
- ✔️ A proactive mindset with a focus on improving ways of working
- ✔️ Experience working with HR systems and data
