The Hague (Netherlands), Washington DC (US) or Cardiff (UK). Approximately one day per fortnight onsite, expectation to flex in line with business needs.

The People Project Specialist (Projects & Policy) sits within the People Experience Team and reports to the People Projects & Policy Manager.

This role is primarily responsible for driving high quality global People (HR) policy development and managing a portfolio of People projects and initiatives that champion IB’s desired culture and support IB’s People Strategy. The focus is on delivering well governed policies, coordinated project execution and strong stakeholder engagement across global regions.
