Our People team partners closely with leaders and managers across the business to deliver a great employee experience - supporting everything from day-to-day people challenges to broader culture, capability, and growth initiatives. We're a small, commercially minded team who move fast and aren't afraid to roll up our sleeves. In Cardiff, you'll be part of a team of three supporting a large, high-volume Customer Operations function - it's varied, fast-paced, and no two days look the same.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Support and coach managers through various stages of the employee lifecycle, helping them build confidence in handling employee relations cases effectively and autonomously.
- Use data and trends to help identify and implement proactive solutions
- Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes
- Collaborate with the wider People Function to define initiatives, policies and tools that enable our people to succeed

We want our employees to flourish, so we regularly provide direct and constructive feedback. - Previous experience in a People and/or ER-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology driven operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently, pragmatically and with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - calm under pressure and confident advising managers
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team
