We are looking for an experienced TA Specialist to handle end‑to‑end recruitment for a busy company based in Cardiff. You'll be manging their permanent & interim hiring needs, whilst continuing to deliver an excellent candidate & stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Partner with HMs to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Source candidates through job boards, social media & networking.
Screen and shortlist, coordinate interviews & support debriefs.
Communicate outcomes promptly to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Prepare offer documentation and work closely with HR Operations.
Maintain accurate recruitment data & produce reports when needed.
Manage advertising channels & relationships with recruitment agencies.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, systems & processes.
Successfully manage various projects throughout the year as they arise.

About You

Internal recruiter or RPO recruiter background
Strong stakeholder management capabilities - happy to challenge status quo
Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment
Confident sourcing directly using platforms such as Linked In Recruiter
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
CIPD is desirable
