Working pattern: 4-day week (work 4 days, paid for
5) – Wednesday or Thursday off weekly

Salary: £26,500–£38,000 basic (DOE)

OTE:
Year 1 £ 35k–£50k | Year 2 £ 45k–£60k | Year 3 £ 70k+

Vetro Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Permanent Recruitment Division. This is a warm desk with established client relationships and active demand, giving you strong earning potential from day one.

Recruiting roles such as:

• Support Worker / Senior Support Worker
• Deputy Manager
• Registered Manager
• Operational Manager

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients in Health & Social Care
• Conduct client visits to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
• Attract and engage suitable candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and our database
• Write and post adverts on job boards, social media and our website
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates
• Interview and assess Support Workers, Managers and other care professionals
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring excellent service and compliance

• Experience in agency recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant) OR strong telephone-based sales experience
• Ambitious, resilient, target-driven and motivated by commission/bonus
• Professional communication and attention to detail
• Process-driven and organised
• Full UK driving licence

• Experienced recruiter looking to move into a high-demand, "recession-resistant" sector
• Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
