Hoop Recruitment is seeking a People & Payroll Officer in Cardiff for a 12-month maternity cover. This role offers a 50/50 split between payroll and HR systems and supports a monthly payroll for about 300 employees, focusing on management of complex payroll queries and the HR system (iTrent).
The successful candidate will possess strong payroll skills, HR generalist experience, and preferably CIPD qualifications. The role offers a salary of £37,617, civil service pension, and hybrid working options.
