Salary:
Up to £34,000 + uncapped bonus (paid every 4 weeks)

You will take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include administrators, customer service advisors, sales executives and office & operational support roles.

• Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Managing compliance and candidate care
• Building a sustainable, high‑performing desk

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in building long‑term client partnerships
