Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our People and Culture Team. You’ll lead employee relations, advise managers on complex cases, and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Based in Cardiff with hybrid working and travel across Wales, the role requires CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a strong track record in senior HR advisory and policy development. We offer a supportive environment and a salary of £39,140 per year.
