Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff & Swansea

If you've been thinking about making a move, we'd love to have a confidential conversation, as Vision for Education is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Cardiff and Swansea teams.

• Salary ranging from £25,000 - £46,000 depending on experience
• Market leading commission scheme with the opportunity to earn up to 20%
• Full-time, permanent position
• Reduced working hours for 13 weeks of the year during school holidays (9am-4pm and 9am-3pm during the summer holidays)
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service to 30 days

You will have the opportunity to develop a Primary, Secondary or SEN desk within either our Cardiff or Swansea team, depending on your geographical location and where you’d prefer to work. You will have the freedom to develop your own desk and build long lasting client relationships.

As our South Wales teams continue to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into leadership and management positions for those who want to take the next step in their career.

• At least 1-2 years' recruitment experience
• Experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates
• Ambition to develop your career into leadership or management
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
