CMR Surgical is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to own the end-to-end employee experience across multiple regions. You will manage benefits, payroll support, data reporting, and Tier-1 HR queries in a globally dispersed organisation.
The role is hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the office. You will support onboarding, lifecycle events, learning & development administration, and continuous improvement across HR Ops processes.
