Salford City Council is seeking an OD Consultant to join the HR & OD team at a pivotal time. You will support change projects across the council, helping people, managers and services understand, shape and feel confident through transformation.
You will work with colleagues to turn change plans into practical activity, including colleague engagement, workshops, learning and development, and guidance on new systems or ways of working.
