Franklin Fitch is a global infrastructure recruitment specialist, working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, Networking, and GTM by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both contract and permanent roles.

We have built out 4 offices since our inception in 2011;
London, Cardiff, Frankfurt, and Austin, TX. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us as we head into our third consecutive record-breaking month.

• Business Development – winning new business and developing long-term relationships with your clients
• Candidate Sourcing – connect with top candidates in your specialism, gaining trust and advising them through their job search
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiating terms of business with your clients, as well as working contracts for your candidates
• Deliver excellent service to your network
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet both team and individual targets, whilst developing your own desk

• Base salary of £35k-45k, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission, with no threshold, and paid out monthly
• Clear and transparent progression pathway, with different avenues to choose that align with your career goals
• Hybrid working with up to 3 days WFH
• Dedicated L&D from the Head of People and Performance
• Exposure to the SLT with an average tenure of 8 years
