HR Advisor - FTC Until End 2027

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a large, complex organisation in a generalist People Advisory role. Working as part of a supportive People team, you will partner with managers across multiple sites, providing expert advice on a wide range of employee relations and workforce matters.

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues.
• Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal casework.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
• Advise on organisational change projects and workforce planning activities.
• Deliver HR policy guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
• Analyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Design and deliver training sessions on people management topics.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives and trade union partners.
