HR Advisor - FTC Until End

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues.
• Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal casework.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
• Advise on organisational change projects and workforce planning activities.
• Deliver HR policy guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
• Analyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Design and deliver training sessions on people management topics.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives and trade union partners.

To be considered, you will have:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential)
• Proven experience in a HR Advisory or People Advisor role
• Strong employee relations case management experience
• Experience supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using HR systems and producing workforce reports
• The ability to work independently whilst managing a varied workload

Fixed-term contract running until the end of 2027
