You'll take ownership of your own Business Professional desk across Wales. Working closely with clients and candidates, you'll win new business, strengthen existing relationships and deliver recruitment solutions that make a real difference.

You'll be trusted to run your desk your way, backed by the strength of the Brook Street brand, established tools and technology, a strong client base and a supportive team that wants you to succeed.

• Running and growing your own recruitment desk.
• Building trusted relationships with local clients across Wales.
• Winning new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
• Managing candidates from first conversation through to placement.
• Keeping your market knowledge and online presence sharp and relevant.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment.

• Proven experience in recruitment and sales.
• A track record of building strong client and candidate relationships.
• Confidence managing your own workload and priorities.
• A calm, practical approach when plans change.
• Clear communication and a strong work ethic.
• A car and valid driving licence for client visits.
