London Energy Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to support the commissioning of the new Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) while sustaining the existing EfW plant. You will help with workforce planning, employee movement, recruitment and other people-related activities to ensure safe, sustainable staffing during the transition.
You will deliver HR guidance to managers, maintain accurate records, coordinate onboarding, and create HR communications to support decisions.
