Lanes Group, the UK’s leading wastewater and drainage specialist, is seeking an Emerging Talent Business Partner in Rainham. You will lead engagement with schools, colleges, universities and communities, and drive SLNT commitments across Lanes Group and TfL contracts.
Working with group leaders, you will attract, develop and retain emerging talent, ensure DEI priorities are met, and oversee apprenticeship and graduate schemes end-to-end, with data-led reporting and compliance.
