You'll take ownership of your own Business Professional desk across Wales. Working closely with clients and candidates, you'll win new business, strengthen existing relationships and deliver recruitment solutions that make a real difference. Building trusted relationships with local clients across Wales. Winning new business opportunities and developing existing accounts. Managing candidates from first conversation through to placement. Keeping your market knowledge and online presence sharp and relevant.

Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment. What you'll bring Proven experience in recruitment and sales. A track record of building strong client and candidate relationships. Confidence managing your own workload and priorities. A calm, practical approach when plans change.
