Now, g2 Cardiff are hiring - we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our City Centre office. Our Cardiff team is managed by Adam Walsh, one of g2's top billers, and focuses on recruitment within the European Engineering industry. The team place top-tier talent to support on major Data Centre and Mission-Critical Projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Immediate and Summer start dates available
What You’ll Be Doing:- Sourcing and headhunting top candidates
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset
- Money-motivated and target-driven individuals
- Great communication skills
- Strong work-ethic
- Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+
- Uncapped Commission:
Start earning commission as soon as you make your first placement. Average earnings are £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3 - Fast-track promotions:
Progress based on performance not time served. - 10-week training academy and ongoing mentorship from g2's top billers
