• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Successfully manage and grow key client accounts.
• Help define the company’s direction by providing valuable insights and ideas.

• Build and manage your own recruitment desk, covering both temporary and permanent roles.
• Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to placement.
• Negotiate confidently with both clients and candidates.
• Expand and maintain an extensive, high-quality candidate and client network.

• Share expertise with junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Help foster a positive team dynamic and ensure our commitment to inclusivity and equality.

• Develop and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and consult with potential clients.
• Use data-driven strategies and market insights to ensure long-term success.
• Offer mentorship and share best practices with junior consultants.
• Bring fresh ideas to our close-knit, inclusive team while celebrating personal and team wins.
• Mix in office camaraderie with work – we work hard but laugh often.

• Competitive base salary of £36,000 – £45,000
• Generous commission structure
• Hybrid working model (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, Cardiff office with flexibility)
