Bow Resources is an established international energy recruitment business with a highly successful Oil & Gas division and relationships with global energy companies around the world.

We're now investing significantly in Renewables. We're not looking to recreate a traditional recruitment agency model. We want entrepreneurial recruiters who can build specialist businesses within Bow and participate in the value they create.

We're looking for experienced 360° Renewables recruiters and recruitment leaders who want the freedom, backing and financial upside to build a global recruitment business within an established company.

This means uncapped, market-leading commission and performance bonuses from day one, with the potential for longer-term profit participation and the opportunity to become a shareholder in the business you help create.

For someone who's considered eventually starting their own recruitment company, this is an opportunity to get much of the autonomy and upside without starting from zero.

We've already demonstrated that our model works. Bow's Oil & Gas business supports leading international energy companies across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas, delivering senior permanent, contract and executive search assignments across some of the industry's most challenging markets.

Our recruiters work internationally rather than being restricted to narrow geographical desks, and our success has been built through specialist market knowledge, direct headhunting and long-term client relationships.

We're now investing to replicate that success across Renewables.

You'll take responsibility for developing a specialist global market across Renewable Energy and the wider Energy Transition.

That could be Offshore Wind, Solar, BESS, Power & Grid, Geothermal, Hydrogen, CCUS or another market where you can demonstrate genuine existing relationships and commercial opportunity.

We're not going to tell an experienced recruiter that they can only recruit within a particular postcode or technology.

If you understand the market and can build it, we'll back you.

You'll run a genuine 360° operation: winning clients, developing retained and exclusive relationships, headhunting candidates, delivering assignments and ultimately recruiting and leading your own team.

You'll have 3–8+ years' recruitment experience and an established track record within Renewables, Power, Clean Energy or Energy Transition.

We want to see evidence of what you've built: billings, clients won, retained relationships developed and a genuine network within your market.

But more than anything, we're looking for someone entrepreneurial.
