** ROLE OVERVIEW
** We are currently seeking an ER (Employee Relations) Advisor (Interim) to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to provide expert employee relations advice within a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role offers the chance to work closely with management and employees alike, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of a broad range of employee relations  this pivotal position, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to mitigate employment risk and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Based within the HR team, you’ll support organisational change initiatives while promoting best practices in employee management on site.
** KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Your duties as the ER Advisor (Interim) will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* Lead the management and resolution of employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
* Support managers in handling disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, and performance issues effectively.
* Conduct investigations, hearings, and appeals, coaching managers on best practices and preparing all associated documentation.
* Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to minimise legal and organisational exposure.
* As the ER Advisor, you will support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and consultation processes.
** ROLE REQUIREMENTS
** To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the ER Advisor (Interim) we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
* A Degree or higher level in HR, Employment Law, or relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, People Management).
* Proven experience in handling employee relations cases independently, ideally within a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, ACAS codes of practice, and employment case law.
* Experience supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
