International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) in Cardiff is offering an 18-month fixed-term HR Graduate Programme. You will complete two nine-month rotations across the People function, gaining experience and contributing to projects while collaborating with teams worldwide.
During the programme, graduates must attend onboarding weeks in The Hague on 11 January 2027 and 11 October 2027. All travel and accommodation costs are covered by the IB. Hybrid working requires being on-site twice a week.
