Technology Lead – Cardiff (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced
** Technology Lead
** with a passion for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

* What You’ll Do:

** Lead system design and architecture discussions for enterprise-grade solutions

Build and guide
** microservices and event-driven applications
** on Microsoft Azure Collaborate closely with Client Architects and Business stakeholders Drive
** application modernization
** and portfolio rationalization initiatives Implement
** CI/CD pipelines**, containerized solutions, and cloud-native best practices
*
* What We’re Looking For:

**** 10+ years
** of technology experience, with 1–3 years in system design and cloud technologies

Proficiency in **.NET Core, C#
** and
** Azure services** (App Services, Functions, API Management, SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid)
Strong understanding of
** microservices, REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes
** Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
** Preferred:
** Experience in
** Application Modernization
** and
** Application Portfolio Rationalization
