IT Support Technician
- Nantgarw - Hybrid - £14 per hour - IMMEDIATE START

Yolk Recruitment has teamed up with a Business Consultancy who require a short term IT Support Technician who has great communication skills and is knowledgeable regarding Microsoft Office applications.

• Providing 1st line technical support to 1000+ users globally, answering support queries via phone, email and face-to-face while maintaining a high degree of customer service in line with ITIL best practice
• Logging incidents with our external 3rd party service providers
• Assisting in updating the IT Support knowledge bank
• Logging calls into our ticket management system, taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with their issues
• Allocating more complex calls to the relevant teams where appropriate

• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A people focused approach

• £14 per hour
• Hybrid working arrangement with 4 days on site
• Office hours 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

If you are a strong communicator and have a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office I would like to hear from you, THIS ROLE WILL BE 4 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE.
