Job Overview
Support Engineer Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days in office). Up to £30,000 + benefits. Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk? We're working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff, hiring 3 Support Engineers. It's a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud, with full training provided.
Responsibilities- Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)
- Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
- Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system
- Learning platforms, call systems and integrations
- IT support, service desk OR strong customer service + interest in tech
- Good problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator
- Keen to learn and progress
- Clear progression into 2nd line or engineering
- Full training and mentoring
- Supportive team environment
3 days in Cardiff office (Tue‑Thu).
Shifts:
8‑4:30 or 9:30‑6 (rotating).
