Lorien is seeking a Technical Analyst in Cardiff for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will provide first line support and maintenance for Business Energy systems, manage support requests, and develop MIS reports using tools such as Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
Your responsibilities include designing ad hoc reports, communicating with second line support, and ensuring all audits related to ESBOS Support tasks are performed effectively.
