We're partnering with a global B2B SaaS organisation that is making significant investment in AI and Data Science as part of its next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to step into a high-impact leadership role, helping to build and shape a growing Data Science function while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to define the technical direction of Data Science, influence product innovation and lead the development of production-grade machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What you'll be doing:

Leading technical decision making across the Data Science function
Designing, building and deploying machine learning models into production
Driving NLP, Generative AI and LLM initiatives
Partnering with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to solve complex business challenges
Mentoring and developing a growing team of Data Scientists
Establishing best practice across model development, governance and MLOpsTech Stack

Python | SQL | Tensor Flow | PyTorch | AWS | Azure | Sage Maker | NLP | LLMs | MLOps

What we're looking for:

Strong commercial Data Science and Machine Learning experience
Experience leading teams or acting as a technical lead within a Data Science function
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and ML deployment
Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
