Digital Marketing Specialist – Website Production is a member of the Marsh Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE), supporting the Pacific region. The COE manages websites, builds and sends email campaigns, supports digital projects, and helps marketers get better results across digital channels. This hands‑on role for an experienced marketing professional with a focus on website management and digital content operations.
Your primary responsibility is to manage the region’s web presence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — building and updating pages, keeping content accurate and current, and maintaining healthy, high‑performing sites. You will also support email campaigns in MPower (Microsoft Dynamics 365) when needed, contribute to digital projects in the region including the future state website program, and report on performance.
You will take ownership of your day‑to‑day work: applying best practices, asking the right questions, giving marketers practical recommendations, upholding governance, and helping out wherever the work is needed.
Responsibilities- Manage the region’s web presence: build, update, and publish web pages, keep content accurate and up to date, and ensure a consistent experience across country sites.
- Keep websites healthy by running regular content audits, updating or removing outdated content, monitoring site issues, and escalating risks or defects where needed.
- Apply and reinforce web content best practices, including accessibility, metadata, internal linking, compliance, and publishing quality.
- Advise stakeholders on the best way to structure, prepare, and deliver web content within platform constraints, governance requirements, and agreed timelines.
- Support the future state website program and other regional digital projects, including content preparation, page builds, migration support, testing, and stakeholder readiness.
- Provide secondary support for email campaigns in MPower, including campaign builds, audience segments, journeys, test sends, peer reviews, and deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in a hands‑on digital marketing role, ideally in B2B, corporate, or professional services marketing.
- Proven ability to deliver website and digital content work accurately and on time.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Working knowledge of email and data privacy rules.
- A practical, problem‑solving approach and good judgment when priorities shift.
- Confidence to ask questions, challenge unclear briefs, and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions.
- A performance data‑led approach to inform digital best practice recommendations.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, analytics tools, and email/data privacy rules.
- Experience supporting website migrations, redesigns, or replatforming projects.
- Professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- Vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
- Range of career opportunities, benefits and rewards to enhance your well‑being.
Applications will only be accepted from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia. Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal Record check prior to commencement of employment.
