Admiral Group Plc is seeking a Squad Lead for a 16-month fixed-term contract in Cardiff. You will be accountable for the squad's ability to deliver sprint goals, maintain agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Tribe leadership to optimise value flow.
You will coach squad members in lean-agile practices, support Product Owner backlog management, and work with other squad leads on resource planning, risks, and dependencies. A strong background in Scrum/Lean-Agile with Jira/Confluence is required.
