Digital Transformation Consultant; AI

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Digital Transformation
• Experience running workshops and gathering complex business requirements
• Experience writing user stories and defining product backlogs
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels
• Experience delivering digital or technology projects
• Experience with UAT and product implementation
• Experience using AI tools or a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence
• Consultancy experience is highly beneficial
• Experience driving transformation within large organisations is welcome

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to shape ideas into valuable AI products
• Create user stories, define MVPs, and prioritise business requirements
• Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams throughout delivery
• Act as the voice of the customer during design and development
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, and user adoption
• Build trusted relationships across the business to identify future AI initiatives
