Business Analyst - 2 Month Initial Contract- Hybrid

VIQU have partnered with an NHS organisation who are seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of digital, data and business transformation initiatives.
Working across both business and technical teams, the successful Business Analyst will lead discovery, requirements gathering and process improvement activities, helping to shape and prioritise future digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The Role:- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation and service improvement.
- Produce business analysis artefacts including user stories, process maps, gap analyses and business requirements documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and implementation activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, working across digital transformation, data and technology programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and gap analysis experience.
- Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including user story development and backlog management.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure and related digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple work streams.
