Ventula Consulting is seeking a Service Now ITSM Developer to support a large-scale transformation programme. You will develop, configure and enhance the Service Now platform, delivering scalable ITSM solutions while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
You will work on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and ITOM, with scripting, integrations and platform administration responsibilities. Strong communication and ITIL alignment are essential for success.
