• The successful delivery of one or more technology projects in line with our Plan, Build, Run and Cyber processes.
• Create strong project plans and supporting documentation, ensuring these are used to support management of the project and to drive timely escalation,linking in with the Agile backlog, resourcing demands and the work distribution across projects and teams.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure your projects encompass planning for any required business change as well as any technical development, ensuring a fully rounded project delivery.
• Ensuring scope is clearly defined at an appropriate level for Agile delivery, approved at initiation and managed and controlled throughout delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escape, and mitigate them successfully throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are set at project initiation across the extended project delivery and stakeholder team, ensuring people understand their responsibilities and commitments associated with these.
