Project Manager-Oracle EBS Release Manager

Location: UK, Remote

Your role:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end release lifecycle for Oracle HRMS EBS within an AMS environment, ensuring seamless deployment, regulatory compliance, and minimal business disruption for UK payroll and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage release strategy, calendars, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and testing teams.
• Ensure regression, SIT, and UAT completion before release.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Ensure compliance with UK statutory/payroll updates.
• Govern release sign-offs and production deployment.

Required:

• Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence), Technical etc.,
• Strong release management experience in AMS.
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes.
• Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
• Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.

Preferred:

• Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Should have at least 12~15 years of experience & should have managed large scale projects as release manager.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
