RM Education is seeking an Application Support Engineer within the Software Dev Ops team to support RM's live services. You will be the primary interface between customers, service operations, and the Dev Ops engineers, owning incident management and triage across cloud and on-premises components.
You will analyse logs and application behaviour, engage with stakeholders during incidents, and help develop standardized diagnostics and tooling to improve customer experience and shift workload.
