Teton is seeking a Product Support Associate to act as the front line for Tier 1 support within our Customer Success organization. You will monitor channels, triage issues, and resolve or route them quickly to CS, Engineering, Deployment or Product, supporting round-the-clock coverage with a time-zone aligned team.
This foundational role helps build out playbooks and scales as the Support function grows, offering opportunities to take on more ownership in Phase 2.
