SAP Plant Maintenance

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM / EAM consulting experience within complex, global enterprise landscapes.
• MRO Expertise:
  Deep, expert-level knowledge of Aerospace MRO processes, including line/base maintenance, engine overhaul workflows, and similar solutions.
• Configuration Mastery:
  Proven, hands‑on capability to configure deep asset management structures, Equipment Master Data, Maintenance Orders, task lists, and Equipment BOMs.
• Track Record:
  Demonstrated experience leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with a strong preference for large-scale SAP ECC to S/4
  
  HANA migrations.
• Industry Background:
  Extensive prior experience operating within the Aerospace & Defence, aviation engine manufacturing, or high-tech military maintenance sectors.
• ERP Exposure:
  Thorough understanding of structural data model differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA Asset Management.
• Methodologies:
  Expert proficiency in operating within Agile delivery frameworks and utilizing SAP Activate methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience aligning SAP PM with engineering structures
• Practical knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA methodologies.
