• Onboarding a week prior to familiarize with the environment
• Venues can open to them 3 hours prior to a match, & they might need to stay for 1-2 hours after to finalize sales (this is TBD)
• There are 9 venues & 6 official merchandise stores; there are also fan festivals outside venues/around hotels where merchandise is sold
• Need to be same time zone, but not necessarily traveling to sites.
• This person is more of a contingency; calm voice in the room if something drops offline
• 1 firewall & 1 switch at each location & each location had the gear deployed with the same automation
• Each site has a POS & using solution/servers stored in Azure
• Meraki virtual firewall; need to be skilled in Meraki and some basic network troubleshooting; troubleshooting VPN tunnels
• If Meraki drops offline, this person is the escalation point
• Good communication with other vendors utilized
• Understand which end of the firewall is which
